The RSB5L-125 Series Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB) is a current-operated electronic RCCB (three-phase four-wire breaker, 100A residual current protection switch) composed of the RSB5 miniature circuit breaker and a residual current trip unit.
This breaker is suitable for AC circuits with a frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz, rated voltage:
? Single-phase two-wire (1P+N) and two-phase (2P): 230V,
? Three-phase (3P), three-phase four-wire (3P+N), and four-phase (4P): 400V,
with a rated current ranging from 40A to 125A.
The RSB5L-125 provides direct or indirect contact protection for humans. If a leakage current or electric shock occurs in the protected circuit, the breaker will trip and disconnect the power immediately when the leakage current (I△) reaches the specified tripping current, providing protection against leakage and electric shock.
In addition to leakage protection, this breaker also offers overload and short-circuit protection. It prevents fire hazards caused by ground fault currents due to insulation failure and can also protect against overload and short circuits. Additionally, it can be used for infrequent circuit switching and motor start-up.
This series features high breaking capacity, compact size, lightweight design, high component compatibility, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It is DIN rail-mounted for easy installation.
The breaker complies with the GB14048.2 standard for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear, which is equivalent to IEC60947-1:1997.

Usage and Maintenance
1. The RCCB does not provide protection against electric shock caused by simultaneous contact with both wires of the protected circuit.
2. Ensure the input terminals are connected to the power source and the output terminals to the load. Incorrect wiring may damage the trip coil.
3. All power supply lines must pass through the RCCB. Do not allow any wire to bypass the RCCB, as it will prevent proper operation.
4. Before installation, check the technical parameters on the product label to ensure compatibility with the application. Use wires with appropriate cross-sections.
5. Use certified testing equipment for action characteristic tests. Do not use direct grounding or short-circuit methods.
6. Do not measure insulation resistance directly at the output terminals. Disconnect the auxiliary power supply on the electronic circuit board first to avoid damage to components.
7. Periodically test the RCCB by pressing the test button while it is powered on. If it fails, stop using it and repair or replace it.
8. If the RCCB trips due to a fault (leakage, overload, or short circuit), identify and eliminate the fault before resetting.
9. Do not adjust the protection characteristics, as they have been pre-calibrated.
10. Protect the RCCB from rain or snow during transportation, storage, and use.
