Second, learn and master the basic knowledge of complete sets of electrical equipment
As an electrical equipment quoter must be able to read and understand the primary system diagram, secondary schematic diagram, layout diagram, and the relationship between the three. This requires the quotation officer to see more, learn more and ask more.
In the complete set of electrical equipment, the bus, isolating switch (high voltage), knife switch (isolating switch) (low voltage), circuit breaker (air switch), leakage circuit breaker, voltage transformer, current transformer, power transformer, AC contactor, protective relay (thermal relay), lightning arrester and other equipment is called primary equipment. The loop composed of them according to the principle relationship is called a primary loop or a primary scheme diagram. In order to make the primary system operate safely, reliably and stably, monitor the operating status of the primary system at any time, and control the primary system at any time must be equipped with many other electrical components and equipment, such as: Measuring instruments (ammeter, voltmeter, power factor meter, power meter, frequency meter, etc.), control signal components (signal lamp, button, universal switch, etc.), relay protection devices, etc. The circuit composed of them according to the principle relationship is called the secondary circuit or the secondary scheme diagram.
Third, understand the price composition of complete sets of electrical equipment
1. Prices of primary and secondary components;
2, the price of auxiliary materials, including: secondary wire, terminal, wire nose, wire clamp, winding tube, number tube, character code, cable tie, standard parts, etc.;
3, the busbar price, busbar consumption according to the first plan budget;
4, shell price, need to be quoted by professional shell manufacturers according to a plan; Box-type substations and non-standard boxes (cabinets) are calculated according to the box size.
5, packaging and transportation costs;
6, enterprise comprehensive expenses, including management fees, labor wages, taxes and profits;
7. Other expenses, such as certain fees to be paid to the bidding company if the bid is won.
